We all saw what happened when this shot to $2.50 and had the chance to exit with a sizeable profit and buy back the same number of shares when imminent news of TLD proved not to be quite so imminent.
As you noted an initial burst of enthusiasm is likely to give way to a sharp reality check when it appears that NWBO is going to take longer than expected to unlock the addressable market assuming they do before more regulation or even single payer or something comes along to shove down profits.
Selling at such a spike and buying back in after the inevitable reality check is a reasonable strategy. Probably one could sell in stages on the way up.
