There is no lawsuit! It was dropped! They’re arbitrating how much Cytodyn will owe Amarex for services. There are no damages- it’s not surprising you don’t know that.
Maybe when it hits $.25 shortly, the light bulb will go on, but I doubt it.
I think some here have missed a small but important detail about Cytodyn's case against Amarex. I keep reading that the case was dismissed. Conflation seems to run rampant here most days. The case AGAINST NSF was dismissed by Cytodyn. The court case was administratively closed without prejudice. Not the same thing. The case can be reinstated at any time. Easy for people to skim over and not pay attention. CYDY vs. Amarex not over by any means, and safe to say, Amarex will be held fully liable for their actions. Question is, was it willful or negligent sabotage?
