Tanya Urbach put to rest a Nodderrete fantasy spun here that Cytodyn wasn't being investigated by both the SEC and DOJ. Amarex lawsuit was dropped a long time ago. Sidley is long gone; they won't take worthless shares as payment. Amarex arbitration will reveal how much Amarex will get paid; for Cytodyn's sake it better hope it isn't more than $6.5M.
