Exactly, That is why potential investors do not need be told constantly by this Board that some think there will be a merger based on x, y and z. Even if some think there is going to be a merger, why do people need to "provide" what they think is "DD" related to the merger? Based on what you're saying, potential investors should be able to find that information elsewhere. They don't need to have their hand held and have information (that some people think means a merger) be thrown at them day after day. Good point.
