Usually it is it's own case. Here it seems we are joining an related case in progress. Should the CBV case be settled, I would think we would need to immediately file for an injunction like the inventors did, unless we become part of the settlement. Then press the case in Delaware as they did. If we get approved to the intervene, I would think that our position would get some type of hearing after the fact.
