I think the key is that whatever the end result, most likely all shareholders have to be notified and any of them can probably file an objection if the settlement amount, the disbursement of fees and costs, or the apportionment to them as holders is unfair.
I have every confidence the SH lawyers are doing a great job and should be well-compensated, hopefully from the proceeds. I can't imagine anyone objecting to the deal, as long as they all get their fair share.
