You are correct regarding BLSP and Pump and Dump. There were a few winners but most lost as with most pump and dump runs. BLSP is not an operating entity so people cannot be investing in the company, they are attempting to invest or gamble on the P&D timing. The SEC identified BLSP as well as many other companies as a ticker that was being manipulated with false information. So they took it off the US market for purchase and it now carries the CE label. It is funny to watch certain boards pump away with all kinds of crazy rumors, none of which are true to try and dump their shares through the Grey market. The ticker should be ZERO, but a few are attempting to fleece the many.
