Yes... There are winners and loosers with any stock... People are gambling on a ticker or trading it... I haven't come across a OTC ticker to not have a pump and dump. So trade any ticker with some skill and luck and come out a head or be like 90% of those that have losses at the end of the year..
TSLA gave plus 14% last year... I did better than that and I'm relatively new to this game and it is a game...

Trade the price not the company or the board talk...
