I was there last week again and MedSpa is gone, there is nothing left in the building. The space is empty and all the equipment is gone. I was hoping for a sign that says they're relocating but no such luck. At this point I'm assuming they closed shop and not reopening at all. The only reason I'm keeping my shares is because Nelson filed in February with the Division of Corporations to stay current, so there might be a chance of something. Probably nothing but one can only hope. BTW took pics of the location if anyone wants to see them.
