This seems to indicate that the new product is destined to be successful, all that is required is a launch. If history is any remote indicator here at all, that seems like a very very dangerous assumption. Actually, if history is any indicator- it may never be spoken much of again some period after launch.
Not trying to pour salt in a wound, but is there never an end to the benefit of the doubt? There are great companies out there well off their high that will appreciate again, waiting through this year for a company that has done nothing but roast its supporters seems off.
