Agree. I thought it was interesting that there were no share issuances to the Attorney on recent Annuals. In previous years 2019 and 2020 they gave him:

2019 (13,888,889 x .00027 = $3750.00)
2020 (13,888,889 x .00027 = $3750.00)

Last year they used a different Attorney Arash Shirdel, Esq, and perhaps paid him from profits?

This year, are they using him, and I'm assuming they are paying him from profits?

At any rate, your point is valid. It takes time from posting of the Annual to see the Attorney Letter...but shouldn't be too much time, unless there is a snag the Attorney needs to clear up.

Last year the Attorney Letter was posted 6 days after the Annual.
