Coop is still talked about daily here and anything that has any affect on it.
Not sure why it upsets anyone anyway since, IF IF IF anything returns COOP/WMIH stand to reap a possible windfall of 2.5% of anything that MAY return. NOW PERSONALLY I believe THIS IS ALL THAT CAN JUST BE RETURNED TO WMIH/COOP as it was AGREED TOO and NEGOTIATED in the POR/GSA imho
IF it is 24 bill then it is POSSIBLE that $600,000,000 returns to WMIH/COOP
WIth a total as we know it right now, there are 79,000,000 shares out and 600 mill would equates to $7.59 PER SHARE IN CASH with no multiple on it.......
I would say this would be very very good for WMIH/COOP and relevant to this board..
Remember one needs to LOOK at and understand things that are in the court records, corp filings, 8K's, POR/GSA
FILINGS/RECORDS and negotiate settlement WITHIN THE BK do NOT LIE and DO NOT DIE when the case is totally over.
Just like YOU BEST NOT TRY to come back and get that bird bath and shutters ya wanted when ya bought the house and it WAS NOT PART of the deal...............Anything that is part of a negotiated contract stands and holds true into infinity, if if if not every single contract would be in jeopardy of being broken or altered AFTER THE FACT
