I'm really not sure Cash. They're required to list some explanation of why they need the extension, but whether or not there's any truth to their reasoning is anyone's guess.
After being invested here and watching this day in/out for so long, I've learned to read between the lines with these guys. For example, as soon as Chandra made it a point today to twat out that "End of year report is completed," it was a dead giveaway to me, that the NT10K was coming after hours.
