And there we have it.... Although I would've rather been wrong, it's just as I called months ago, Part 1 of prediction is complete.

I Still have 15 more days to see if my original predictions hold true:

1. NT10K filed after hours today
2. 10K filed on/around 4/15 accompanied with the audit
3. At least 1 non-substantial/fluff PR each week between now & when they file the K

Looks like part 1 will be coming true today, but will need to wait to see if parts 2 & 3 end up coming true...
