No legitimate excuse for this POS not licensing polarized ibuprofen. This sleeze even has his son, who serves no constructive purpose, on the gravy train. I see no conscience at all here with what this monster is doing to the shareholders. No legitimate excuse for not filing on time either.

Why wasn't the SEC investigation cleared by now? No revenues, no assets being accumulated. Shareholders being treated like marks for a scam.

The Dominican deal was supposed to be done last autumn and the Mexican deal during the winter. All I see is dilution.

As far as the late filing, a reason was given in the notice of late filing, copied below:

Quanta, Inc. (the “Company”) is not in a position to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2021 (the “Form 10-K”) in a timely manner because the Registrant cannot complete the Form 10-K in a timely manner without unreasonable effort or expense. The compilation, dissemination and review of the information required to be presented in the Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2021 has imposed time constraints that have rendered timely filing of the Form 10-K impracticable without undue hardship and expense to the registrant. The Company does not expect the filing to be made within the time period required for a timely filing pursuant to Rule 12b-25(b) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Company intends to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
