THE SEC does not look kindly on perpetual LATE FILERS - it's meant as an 'Exception" ONLY to be used when truly supported by mitigating facts and actual "hardship to file" etc.
They will NOT EVER be up-listing to the NASDAQ or any of the other dog crap BS hype they endlessly peddle as the "bait" to hook new penny marks
- the insiders are more likely to be SEC and/or even DOJ indicted before any of their fantasy con-n-bullshit they peddle ever comes true.
These ass clowns - all 4 or 5 of the "company" which includes the CEO's con grifter nobody "son" getting some of the action now - THEY FILE EVERY DAMN FILING LATE !!
