Emergent said a valuation was in progress and could take appx 4 weeks (about 2 weeks ago). Hopefully it will be ready to drop when the Shell designation gets pulled off but Livento controls the timing. I hope they are readying a big PR package to go with the valuation.

First the company has to remove shell status, perform an audit, then file a 10Q, then it can apply to have a ticker change. It takes a LONG time to apply for a ticker change. Just to be clear. What you will see change quickly is the name listed on OTC Markets.
