I don't think its the same guy. Our CUBV guy is Zachary Santee Kramer.

The guy for BRLT in Santa Barbara is Zachary G Kramer.

I could be wrong, but at first glance they are different?

But it is interesting that our Zachary is listed as an Insider now, huh, interesting.

If that is correct, he would still own 5% of the OS?

Or maybe that is housekeeping since he was never listed as an Insider before on OTCM, and should have been, since he had at one time 8%.

I'd be shocked if he still had any real volume of shares, since it seems that his came off Restriction (235,000,000) and I would have guessed he was our biggest Seller through OTCX in recent months.

Is it still possible that he owns any volume?

I guess we'll see if any comment is made on this when we see the Annual report 2021, or more probably in the 1Q 2022 report.

They don't list Alex Procopio as an Insider on OTCM:

...which is interesting because the last filing showed him with 518,000,000 shares. (17%)

Makes me wonder if those have been cancelled now, and if maybe Margaret will be getting some compensation for her Judgement? Pure speculatuion...we'll see when the next filing hits maybe...
