Jasbg, that little lady destroyed Amarin and all of us investors

So size and gender had nothing to do with power in this case

Right or wrong, she had the power

and she alone decided her ruling

and then her protectors in the appeals court protected her twice

Bottom line: The patent system in USA is terrible because an issued patent by the USPTO means little to nothing when, in the case of Amarin, one judge can overrule patents, that were produced and approved by knowledgeable technical people, because of her political bias and/or her lack of technical knowledge

Anyway one looks at it, it is just terrible
