It could happen quickly ... 1 month, 2 months; in fact it depends on the moment the neckline of the (possible) W-pattern gets broken upwards (22 $). This resistance then becomes support. The moment this happens the way to 36 $ lies way open ...
Note that unfolded W-patterns (double bottoms) generally are quite powerful.
