Not probiotics - probiotics may be useless.

I had a torn meniscus too (moderate, not severe) was told at one point I needed knee replacement but I said no to that. One titanium screw trashed my foot so I knew a knee replacement would cause more damage.

Eventually it healed.

1)laser treatment from chiropractor
2)physical therapy
3)hyaluronic acid injections
4)collagen, H.A. and other supplements

Eat well too - but I have taste issues and a lousy diet but chlorella has been great for my gut health in spite of this.

Without a healthy gut the healing will be slowed or it may never happen.
