The underwriters had a claim in class 18 but was denied. The only thing left was a claim in class 19….yet there was no guarantee as you can see they wait with everyone else. Did they fight to be in class 19, no….however they still had a claim. It is the coffee lady that claims they fought to stay in….it was all a lie……the coffee lady brought claims against the LT and lost 4-5 times….she had no valid appeal….all she had to do is provide her false source but failed in the end and lost the final appeal…

Remember, the UWs were given an extra year to release. All the while retail was given a very short window of time...around two months to release which was around mid-February of the year 2012 including the extended time to release due to issues abroad getting their paperwork.

What was so important to the UWs that they challenged and were given an extra year which is nothing more than discrimination with the same class and has all to do with receiving the most monies possible from their so-called claim...nothing more and nothing less...PERIOD!
