I understand what you are saying, but what benefit would they have to muddy the water with this acquisition ?
There's no dilution, and quite frankly it's not helping the sp as you can see...
Their express refusal to do so serves only to undermine trust.
add to that they have shareholders threatening them I'm sure and complaining....what would be the purpose ?
All this crap reminds me of how happy I was to see Sivana here, so far I see no improvement whatsoever in the way they communicate or relate to the shareholders....again, why ?
