that is true but if PHIL could utilize the money better for other bills like Kota, diamond fund, sorghum and real-estate I would much rather see that than BB

The loans are clearly worded as development of ADE and other Lux fund spendings, nothing to do with buyback IF they ever actually occur.

So yea no BB without funds, but even IF loans come through, it’ll be at least another decade until Phil sees revenues from any loan spendings, to actually make BB happen…..

Not to mention any and all revenues will have to go right back into paying back the massive “loans”
