I agree Steve and Eclipse are out of the picture, they divested the business from MSMY and it's now a shell until Wilson/Stippick come up with another get rich quick scheme.
Most likely Steve got tired of airing his dirty laundry to the public, had to hurt not only his business but reputation as well.
