I wouldn't be surprised IF the new group were not the ones buying the really cheap shares from Mazurek group...25m a month ago and last couple days volume.

THEY could have a little FOMO run and flip out themselves BEFORE WIPING SLATE CLEAN with R/S or increasing Authorized a couple Billion.. imo
