PHIL is a stock selling company, like most other OTC pinks. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck...it must be a duck.

Henry gets to travel and live a good life off of the shareholders.

No mystery ...this play is nothing but a HCC (henry cash cow) and a play for flippers / pumpers / fluffers, been that way for 20 + years of henry presenting something shiny to investors w/o being able to follow thru & purchase
