Hard to see, with how long the patent process takes, how it is still being referred to as a startup.
Can't hardly brag about all those patents, and yet give it the protection of referring to TSOI as a startup.
11 yrs. is quite long to still be struggling with maintaining a PPS of 2 cents.

And this information could have been used in any preliminary due diligence prior to potential TSOI shareholders becoming shareholders any time over the last 11 years...
