I guess I was talking about an actual Board of Directors, like big board co's.....

Most pinks don't have one.....

So they list the CEO, it's just not the same thing imo...and their OTC profile says " none "

I do see it is required for OTCQB, but is it for Pink Current ?

A non reporting sub penny pink like SHMN having an ACTUAL Board of Directors is rare, in fact I can't think of one.

My point is the 2 hires for Advisory had no other place to go....
