Today's SELL volume was exactly the same as today's buy volume.
That is how stock trading works. The claim that buy volume was greater than sell volume is false.
The supposed "great news" was more of the pump and dump playbook. Just more BS to draw in new buyers to soak up some of the tens of billions of shares the toxic death spiral note holders have to convert and sell.
They are guaranteed a massive profit no matter at what price they sell. Ironically, they make more money selling at lower prices, though, so keeping the stock price down here is big profit for them. All they need is new "investors" who don't look closely into the company's financials or background so they don't realize it is an obvious pump and dump and take that stock off their hands.
