ggwpq, I don't think we can be sure of that without more information. If the reason Hikma dropped the patent attack is a reason specific to Hikma, it might not matter. If the reason is a problem that would have an effect on the other generic companies, it could be important. Sleven,
ggwpq, you may be right but without the details it’s impossible to assume anything. I believe it’s a mutually beneficial agreement or it wouldn’t have happened. An AMRN win or settlement against HN could further benefit both parties, enhanced by this settlement. The key is for Amarin to prevail or settle with HN. I prefer a rapid settlement if possible. I believe Hikma is positioning for the future is my WAG. What we got with Hikma has got to be better than without it. IMO.
