We know the PRELIM was granted by the Judge at the 8 MAR hearing. JPEX lawyer will prepare a brief with discovery and provide to the court for the Judge to review prior to next hearing. I look forward to seeing the discovery! In My Serious Opinion (IMSO) we/JPEX will prevail! ;-)

You understand the difference between

* Having something that has, for years, had no value that then has potential value, and,

* Having something of value that then becomes valueless.

Yes? Those are much different propositions. And one cares much more about losing the latter than the former. The former is winning the lottery or not. The latter is losing your wallet full of cash.
