They are called Prelim (preliminary) injunctions why? Does it have anything to do with the length of time the injunction goes on for? No. Not at all.
Preliminary doesnt define the time range at all. There is no time range. The only thing is that a judge can order it removed. And that process will take several court dates. Months likely, just like it took the injunction to come to be. Nothing is sudden or quick in court. Guess many are about to learn that.
And it only get thrown out if Hovendick doesnt have a strong case. Which he does. Very strong in fact. He legally owns a high percentage of shares(as proven over his victory against Caywood). He was legally ommited from the process of a merger. Thats why the process was halted.
