A strong post Jimmy! Yes, I agree those are the baseline requirements and they are currently a single product company. They do give a lot of detail on developments, for instance in manufacturing. They even gave the preview of TLD via the embargo exception.
But they have a quiet period in terms of press coverage and rebutting false press coverage, which is not the same thing as being completely silent.
And I believe at the ASM they will likely be able to give more information, but given the nature of the process and that a lot of it is guided by regulatory agencies and this is a biotech microcap, as always, one needs to recognize some limitations.
But I am more bullish than ever, and I think deals can come out if anywhere and be unexpected. For instance, they could do a deal for one of their sidelined trials which we have not heard about in some time, as both a validation of the technology and a test for a major pharma partner. I’d probably push for some ancillary kinds of deal validations if I were in LP’s place and needed to get it uplisted and further along before I sold the company or did some other large deal.
I think there are many possibilities that some observers seem unable to imagine, though of course I do not know if any of those roads might be taken.
