One. Once again completely incorrect on what dilution actually is and how it works. This has been proven with facts and comparisons dozens of times now. Short version: Dilution is a rise in outstanding shares, not a rise in float.

Two. And this is vitally important. Why do the dates in your screenshots not match? The first step in any valid comparison of share structure changes vs. share price would be to begin and end with the exact same timeline.

Any comparison with a completely far off, mismatched timeline is fundamentally flawed and absolutely worthless.

The screenshot example of share price is a perfect example of cherry picking a small sample size of a much larger picture and does not use a full timeline as an example. Therefore, flawed and worthless.

The ENZC share price and chart did not all begin suddenly the first week in February 2021, magically at the same time of the share price high. A completely flawed and therefore irrelevant example.

One must begin any share structure / share price comparison at the beginning: with the ENZC LOI /merger announcement in September 2020.

One must end any comparison at the current present day.

Therefore, that FULL timeline comparison is as follows.

ENZC outstanding share structure :

- September 2020 to present day March 2022 : unchanged

ENZC share price :

- September 2020 .0004

- March 2022 : .082

Indisputable conclusion?

No dilution and massive share price increase.
