https://www.investopedia.com/terms/d/dilution.asp

- What Is Dilution?
Dilution occurs when a company issues new shares that result in a decrease in existing stockholders' ownership percentage of that company.

“When the number of shares outstanding increases, each existing stockholder owns a smaller, or diluted, percentage of the company, making each share less valuable.”

I find it very odd that the correct information from reputable sources is continually linked, yet ignored and instead a debunked false claim is continued to be stated.

Let me try to understand this. Are you saying that Investopedia is wrong all this time? And that every other reputable investment information site that has been linked is wrong as well and instead agreeing with a false debunked conspiracy that a companies “growing float equals dilution”?

If so, this would be breaking investment world news. I would think you could link some reputable sources that validate the conspiracy that float equals dilution? Should I expect to see that linked here?

Maybe the next “letter to CEO’s” should be this new found investment information, telling them that their websites and the stock markets century of known investment facts are incorrect.
