That's all a figment of someone's overactive imagination!

The simple fact is that DBMM did wrong and never paid for their transgressions, in accordance with the regulations and years of precedent in thousands of other cases of delinquencies.

And again - I could NOT CARE LESS if Foelak has "considered other cases" and thought THIS one was special.

Because it isn't.
