Dilution is based on Outstanding Shares, not Float.

Outstanding Shares has not increased one iota since Oct 2020

Float has drifted up in a normal and natural way, as per SEC 144 rules.

And, the price of the shares has gone from $0.0001 to almost $0.08 during this period.

If that’s “how dilution works”, then there would be a verifiable, valid link posted to back up these false float = dilution claims.

The reason no link is ever provided is obviously bc the claim is 100% false. It’s an investment fact that float does not = dilution, a growing o/s does.

I can provide this following verifiable, factual, link as many times as needed. 100% proof that cannot be debated that dilution equals a rise in outstanding shares, not a growing float.

I recall another quote repeated lately over and over:

“look in the company filings”.

Another exact quote was:

“The filings don’t lie”.

Of course the filings don’t lie. That’s why the filings have shown all along no dilution by a outstanding share count that has never once increased. On top of that, company just put this topic to bed earlier today.

It’s right there in the company filings. “No dilution”.

The end.
