NOPEY the WERE NOT TUPID AT all, more like genius's.

19 ONLY GAVE UP PRIORITY for a reason and IMHO was that reason was that there was FAR MORE left than JUST FACE VALUE FOR THEM and SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, they made the concession to to LET COMMONS PLAY literally before they should have BUT, they KNEW THEY WOULD MAKE IT UP far more on the other side....
