The relevant number is 18 months from data lock.

The relevant number is 39 months from when it was announced (and confirmed) that the trial was sufficiently mature to analyze the data.

I.E., that was when sufficient data existed for them to collect, look and analyze. The trial was over.

Most companies would have been marketing the drug for 2 years now if the data was any good. NWBO is not even close.
