How many times do I have to explain it?

They had ZERO reason to engage the SEC the way they did. They had to redo their filings regardless.
Why get suspended? Bad management.
Why waste money on a trial? Bad management.
Why antagonise the SEC? Bad management.
Why challenge everything they were asked to do (of which they lost every time)? Bad management.
Why enter into something they knew could have taken years? Bad management.
Even the CE could have been avoided.
They will forever have a black eye as a business for all of this and all of it could have been avoided had they just shut up and done what was needed when asked. They got themselves into this mess but again chose to attempt to blame it on anyone they could think of.
