So buyers in the the largest trading market in the world , have access as they will buy and the valuation of the Company will be adjusted upward.

Pretty much the only traders that can't buy now are the little guys! The large, experienced traders, are apparently NOT INTERESTED!

And why should it make the market cap go up? What is a fair market cap for a money losing company this far in debt with loans out the wazoo that will have to be repaid? I think the current market cap is too high!
