#39726 RE: iamthe walrus #39725

I'm no authority on what happens with a purchase or merger with another revenue generating company but I'll throw some things out there and see what discussion comes of it.... My hesitancy on an acquisition is that we miss the explosive growth that everyone who bought Coretec stock is waiting for. For illustration purposes lets say you have $5,000 worth of stock (about 100,000 shares) and Coretec acquires a producer of some type of silicon technology who is currently generating revenue. That's going to cost "a lot". When it is all said and done and you've got shares of the new company that are worth 5 dollars, you have only 1000 shares and now you hope that the company can continue to grow successfully so that you realize a gain. The value of your holding has not changed.

I would much rather see the company be successful with their own technology. What has happened to the desirability of CHS? We have been led to believe customers were lined up at Coretec's door wanting the material to integrate into their manufacturing processes, the only thing lacking was somebody who could produce enough of it for the company to sell. THAT is what was supposed to happen in 2021 and admittedly I am still disappointed in the grand failure to commercialize the material last year. What happened to the simple plan "Sell CHS"? Not so interested a path toward developing a battery UNLESS it goes hand in hand with simply selling CHS to customers (who supposedly have been beating the doors down for it) to build their own products with it. Sales is what this company needs, we've seen all that they've done over the last year, all the plans and goals set into motion and what has it done for shareholders? Pretty much nothing. Does CHS hold value or not? Sales sales sales. That is what will move the stock price and attract new investment. I've been on the ground floor for years, ready to elevate a floor or two. I am a fan of organic growth, this is where shareholders might see a gain this year or sooner and I'm no longer interested in a gain years down the road.

Still bullish on the company prospects, lots of material is baking in the company ovens including (once again) C-Space. So, there is a multi-faceted path going forward and I am eager to hear more news on just the C-Space front. But, longer term shareholders want to see some fruit after hanging on all these years. A positive development which sets a ground floor on the PPS well above current levels would be welcome and long termers are not interested in seeing the price leg down to below four cents and with as little as has been happening on the sales front, it is coming. The little website tease is a light at the end of the tunnel, Coretec can't afford to reveal another powder-puff. Calling 'em like I see 'em, and congratulations to anybody who read this in its entirety.
