Zip, can't argue with what you say but it stills seems to me that under new management or a BO that Ekman would be able to get more than $3 for his shares.

zip, you're correct Ekman knows the deal. Actually, they made a bundle when they financed a deal back in 2013. He's gone he knows his time is limited. His lock up expired in 2017 since then they've been selling off their position. Actually, as a fiduciary that's a prudent financial decision, take your profit and move on....
