If and a big IF they can make money. Should work out. Depends how bad next r/s is. Last one was bad. That only way hey can pay for anything since do not make money. Have to do big dilution for all they are doing. Rich doesn't care if he does r/s. Another issue is will they be part of that r/s? I doubt preferred shareholders will be. Common get screwed again.
