If most investors can’t take a moving timeline imagine patients and their families. In that sense it could be argued is a good thing that few of them know about NWBO when it will not be ready for a long time (or so is given one of the reasons for holding back TLD).

More to the point moving timeline isn’t really much of a timeline at that point, especially when getting things done in a timely fashion is such a low priority that every chance to tack on extra months of delays is taken.
