It’s a senseless “MOTION TO RECONSIDER”. It means that they want to get in front of the “SAME EXACT JUDGE” and ask him to change his mind, three full months AFTER he already made his SHARE CANCEL decision. Ha!!
Fat chance the Judge says, “oops, I’m a dope, I made an error three months ago, here Mr. Criminal, take all your shares that I already CANCELLED”.
It’s a stall job to get Sharp to offer him a few million shares to go away. LOL!! It’s actually more than a stall job, it’s borderline extortion.
