Still… not sure if that makes sense… if there are monies owed to owners of removed escrow markers, we should eventually get paid… there should be no reason a hedge fund would have to convince anyone of anything regarding paying escrow holders if in fact monies are actually due.
Too many years have passed… time to drop the curtain and end this fiasco!!
