Ray has a long career and history of being a very respectable businessman and working for respectable companies. I don’t believe he has all of a sudden become a shady OTC crook. But it does seem he got in bed with some shady characters and before he knew it he was being fleeced. At the same time this dilution started he fired his old account firm, hired a very reputable one, and hired a reputable CFO. From there he was on the defensive and even raised the A/S as protection from a takeover. He has since ended the dilution. Without raising the A/S he can now permanently block any more conversions.

There is more money to be made here by being legit than to try fleecing shareholders and destroying the company’s reputation in the process.
