The AS at 800 million shares means the outstanding shares will not exceed 800 million at any point. Unless they produce a filing stating the intent to raise the AS then that is the maximum amount of shares that will be available. When Sunandan raised the AS it was a planned anti-takeover move and not related to dilutive endeavors. You can pretty much just ignore anyone preferreds or concerns of dilution greater than anything that equals 800 million shares. Not really a diluted stock to be honest by comparison to most other OTC stocks. 264 million in the public float is easily a manageable and practical float for retail. The problem is the idiot paper hands selling at a loss, coupled with the large sized scalpers who pressurize the price action when there are gains. That is the problem. Honestly this stock isn't close to being a bad investment at this price range imo.
